You have to plant the seed in order for it to grow.

Drew’s Reminder,

You have to plant the seed in order for it to grow.”

This is the law of nature.  You see it everywhere around you.  A beautiful flower cannot grow without planting the seed.  Is it possible for that flower to grow without a human being planting the seed?  Yes, of course it is possible.  Nature will take care of itself.  However, there isn’t a successful farmer out there that doesn’t have to plant the seeds to grow their crops.  Not only do they plant the seed but they take action to make sure the seed grows into the full fledge plant they desire.

Now let’s talk about what you desire.  The same law applies to achieving what you desire.  You have to plant the seed.  Planting the seed takes action.  The first of those actions and the most important to getting the growing process started is to write it down.  Your mind has an infinite number of thoughts running through it all day.  Writing down what you desire let’s your mind know that this thought is truly important.  It plants the seed.

Grab you journal and write down what you desire.  Be as specific as you can.  If you desire a new car, write down the type, the color, the options and anything else about the car you want.  Now your seed is planted.  Next revisit what you’ve written down and add a desired time frame to achieve it.  Finally, add a plan on how you will achieve it.   Those actions are cultivating the seed so it will grow.  Continue cultivating the seed by revisiting what you’ve written down on a regular basis.  Remind yourself of your desire.  You will then take further actions to cultivate the seed so it will grow.  You will attract other circumstances that will help your seed grow.  Soon you will be driving the exact car you wanted because you planted the seed and it grew.

For those of you who work or own a business, I’m sure you write down you objectives every year to drive your business plan.  You should do the same in your private affairs.  So close this browser, get a pen, open a journal or grab a piece of paper and write down what you desire.  Go plant your seeds.

With gratitude,

Drew
